Crikey they were a great band..don't care what you think about Pete going into politics the Oils are in the top 5 Aust rock bands ever. Tight, influential, God how many of their songs have reached the lexicon. Thank you Oils, long may you live !!!!

I believe that entry was only to winners of a contest that the now tripleJ was running . I take it you were one of those,
I was actually stuck in Sydney en route to Brisbane due to a air strike but was able to see this live on the ABC.
