At the bar, Billy gets the news that his first issue as owner of Restless Style was the largest seller so far. Jack informs Billy that after what he just pulled with the newest article, they are through as brothers. Billy is shocked. Chloe brings Delia by the bar to see Billy as he is preparing for his big Halloween bash. Chloe tries to boost Billy up while Mac continues to defend him to Kevin. Kevin and Billy almost come to blows over the Victor article until Chloe and Mac break it up. Victoria storms in and slaps Billy across the face.
