I got the cathodes and sound modules at Xioxide
They are mounted in a tray in one of the 5.25 in bays. The speakers are above the comp in this vid, on an overhanging shelf......
You should have some way to adjust the sensitivity on the module or threw a PCI plate included with the cathode kit

I am building my own pc within this month and I can't find anywhere in the UK that sells these sound activated ones? Where can I buy them that either sell in the UK or ship to the UK?

nope the M9 does not come with any of the lighting, just some blue fans
