I consider myself to be quite "left leaning," so Bush wasn't my favorite President, but anybody who thinks that Bush and his administration are somehow guilty of 9-11 attacks, they are out of their minds! Although, i still love a good conspiracy theory, this theory is absurd.

First of all I don't believe it was an inside job. But if you're question is 'why would it be allowed to happen?' There is a legitimate answer. The Bush presidency was reeling. The economy was tanking and on a downward spiral and Clueless George was overwhelmed. Again I don't believe he knew,but it did take the focus away from his failures and two wars gave him a single focus so he could pretty much ignore all other presidential issues.
