  • @ruzickaw Bro, that is the basic idea. My only point is that we do not create the energy out of nothing. What we do with it is what matters. We can take in energy, do nothing and get fat or stiff. Energy is used by the mind on it's own as well, we can not think at all otherwise. But we need physical and specific exercises to move this energy around in our body. We need physical exercise to become fluid, open up channels etc.. Mental alone leads to stagnation and dreaming.

  • Energy is every where and in fact the entire universe is made of energy E=MC, any physics can confirm this. However the trained mind is the perfect tool to move and circulate energy. Jesus, Buddha, and all taoist masters, and yogis have know this for may centuries western science is finally catching up.

  • @TheEidolon7 All people are eating and breathing. But what are most of them doing with this energy they gain ? Nothing, just wasting it. Only by transforming this energy into mental

    energy it becomes useful.

  • @ruzickaw If you do not eat and do not breath...the mind will have no energy. There are breathing exercises to help bring more energy into the body, but without first taking in some fuel, from the air, water and food there will be death, the flame will go out. I do not suggest trying it out to see. We can increase circulation of the energy with the mind and other such things, but we can not create energy with our mind.

  • @TheEidolon7 I am talking about mental energy.

  • @ruzickaw Many times you need physical stimuli to get your mind working. I don't achieve much intellectual work on days I sit still, indoors. There is something about physical perception that is necessary for the mind to work.

  • @ruzickaw If energy was not in the air, our food, the sun etc... we would all be dead, think about it.

  • @fsolaruslux It will happen on its own. Don't think too much about it. Do your breathing and physical exercises consistently. It will happen for you on its own.

  • @YouMyOh2 - your comment was really helpful to me. I did take a good shit. Thank you.
