ive had ultrasound 2 days ago,i missed my period for almost 3 months now,but last 2 days i had my iltrasound the doctor said that my yolk sac is so tiny,and the fetus cant see yet.. im afraid that im having a ectopic pregnancy.. this is my first baby.. and im so confused.. after 3 weeks i will be having my ultrasound again and see if we can see if theres a fetus.. pls pray for me.. oh my god...

I'm 5 weeks and 7 days today, getting an early ultrasound today to see if everything is ok. Hope it is.
