I love the idea of a god, i think it would be a truly wonderful thing if heaven was awaiting me when i die, the reason i dont believe in them i because i dont need to, i am content with my circumstances as a tiny organic speck in the universe. I agree with much of what you say, however some of your generalizations seemed to be coming more from an immediate reaction to the ignorance you heard recently than having thought put into it. I am a Christian but I am going to be honest, even though Brock is a great theist he is a dick when it comes to speaking god's will, these people with their "holier than thou" attitude have apparently never heard of jesus christ, although i can agree with what brock said about abortion, most of the policies in that video were wrong
