  • it is disgusting the way brown was mocked for a simple slur of the tongue. he is simply sorting out the problems caused by others, which is no short felt task. Cameron needs to stop tryng to score cheap points and actually get round to giving a positive input towards trying to sort this country's economy out.

Brown's not the greatest leader this country's had but has been left with the mistakes of his forebearers to sort out so maybe a bit of support wouldnt go a miss.

  • Remember, this is the man who was Chancellor for 10 years. He could have tightened up lending regulations during those 10 years; he didn't. He could have saved some cash for a rainy day, instead of throwing as much as he could at workshy layabouts. The problems we are facing today are entirely of Gordon's making. He was useless at running the economy, and now he's useless at running the country.

  • what a sycophantic turd

  • I love how the tories can merely mock someone for a slip of the tongue but when they are in power they can do nothing that even remotely turns the country back in a decent direction

    Brown: *Trollface*

    Tories: FUUUUUUUUUUUU!

    Brown: Problem?

  • wish the cunt was dead

  • "order . . . order . . . order . . . " This is why Brian Blessed should be speaker.

    I WILL HAVE SILENCE!!!

  • thats clever, so laws will no longer get passed, NHS doesn't get a budget ect.

  • it would be the best thing he could do, because lets face it, The Conservatives are going to bliz the next general election and you know what? It wouldn't surprise me if the Lib Dems finally make the official opposition this time round!

  • Here's betting that he'll stand down before calling an election. He'll be the first democratic leader this country who has held power yet never faced a vote.

  • get rid of the fucking lot of them. what are they kids? these run our fucking country- I find that hard to believe, Please your majesty, dont open the houses of parliament next year.!

  • There seems to be some delusion and confusion here. Though many are correct in saying that this is a global financial recession, Britain is also suffering a domestic recession.

Gordon Brown made a compact with the devil; he entered into a contract with the city, to enable him to squander money on a series of pet projects.

A clear example is the national health service which has been tripled in budget without reform or redesign - meaning wasted money.

The crisis in Britain rests on Brown!

  • Save the world??? Gordon Brown is the one who CAUSED the financial mess (by totally encouraging financial deregulation and a very light touch by the FSA, to allow the unsustainable credit upon which his 'boom years' were built) - and now he wants us to believe he is the big hero coming to fix it all? I can't stand him.

Allowing Gordon Brown to try and fix the financial mess is about as sensible as employing Josef Frtizl as a babysitter! (Or Tony B. Liar as Middle East Peace Envoy!!!)
