few words to describe what i feel and experience. there is a bunch of jokers there with well trained staffs and good marketing plan trying to sell low cost and quality of products and services with their well-designed packages to lure new customers into signing their contracts and with their fake delivering promise so that to squeze "us" -their customers hard earn money in order for the company to make huge profits and consequently seek for expansion. consumer rights should be protected
