Conn Selmer Strike Plea: Part One- Stacy Curtis

Members of L.A.W.S. (Labor Advocates for Worker Solutions) came to Elkhart as part of an effort to mobilize local government to represent citizens who are losing their job, pension, health insurance and quality of life.
Among the causes L.A.W.S. stands behind is the unfortunate and brutal treatment of the Conn Selmer union UAW 364 who were on strike for three and a third years.

I worked 22 yrs the company didn't care nor did the UAW now been 3 yr looking for work this world is crazy, anyone have any thoughts I was taught to get a good job and keep it but Iam told now I would have been better served to have been a job jumper what can you say.The UAW aren't a real union no longer they are a company they act like a company there is no such thing as brother and sister no longer they want your dues every month (22YR WORTH) but gone when I needed them................
