the title sort of describes it, yah but anywho, im not saying i did good or bad in this game, just had fun, also that thing in the credits that says karatecow waz here, was just a little extra for him.
i think i forgot to give the credit to breaking benjamin, so here it is

Well i use a camera plugged into my tv through its composite video out. but if you don't wanna use a camera you can use a video capture card, plugged into your computer. lastly if you have a dvd player/dvr, you can plug that into your tv's Av composite or component (RBG) output and use them to record your video.
