By means of sleep deprivation and heavy coffee intake :P
Seriosly tho, its coded (in QuakeC), and its a fair chunk of code so it took a while. Nothing extrordinary code-wise, just alot of it. Models are made (exclusivly, from scratch) for this 'mod' by Morphed
