Measure 49: Steve speaks to a claim on Clackamas River

Measure 49: With the help of Measure 49, Oregon can avoid losing river systems to over development. Measure 49 will help keep rivers clean and pristine, free from high density where farm and rural landscapes dominate.

Measure 49 will also help by keeping our school system manageable. This particular claim was just outside the Urban Growth Boundary, requiring moneys to come from residence within the UGB.

We need to protect our rivers especially for recreation and fishing. We need to protect adjacent farm lands. Please help protect these lands from these few select people who have rights with Measure 37 that goes against sound land use planning and protections.

Help save the family farm. Vote YES on 49.
