The Golden Carpet is the twelfth, and final, item released as part of the Golden Series, the first complete series to be released through DLC delivery.

@tmc40000 I first got it on December 3rd, so I think you can just wait some days. You can also try to play on different times of the day, maybe your Internet Connection was off at that time or something.
