  • @cuahnahuac Did you even listen to the song?

  • I love this band.

  • lol that head of a haji looks fukin funny its just lying there all ugly and shitt haha

  • learn about punk from bands like these. Not from wiki ;)

  • This song is fucken DEEP and combined with the visuals is, althuough sloppy, very touching. Can't wait to see Jesse on the 14th. Seen Common Rider in Hollywood, started the only pit of the night for "Am I On My Own," and now gonna hit up the Knitting Factory in Hollywood again to see Jesse solo on acoustic. Fucken anxious.

The ONLY thing that could make things better would be to see an OPIV reunion show. I'm gonna will that shit to happen - join me, it works.

    Peeace

  • Dude, just look up "choppy" or "angular" guitar, and you'll find dozens of results. For fuck's sake, they're used side by side on the Wiki article for garage punk. It isn't tough to do a quick search.

  • Genre is subjective and derived from your own objective experience, these "terms" haven't been used for decades and neither have you been alive for more than one, I suggest you do some studying and grow up.

  • My bad, I figured that anyone even remotely familiar with punk guitar would catch my drift, seeing as those terms have been used for decades to describe the frantic, jumpy pacing and tendency to make dramatic changes in pitch seen in the classics of the genre. Greg Ginn? Robert Quine? Richard Lloyd? Any of these fine fellows ringin' any bells for you?

  • Rofl Im 22 and its not my name, and your "lack thereof" is very obvious. Take a music class and learn some actual terms instead of "choppy and angular" neither of which say anything about the guitar on this track.

  • What would my talent (or lack thereof, as you seem to presume) have to do with the fact that the backing riff kind of annoying? Oh, and not that it's important to the current topic, but what the fuck kind of 27-year-old thinks it's funny or appropriate to put fucking "420" on the end of their name? Christ, I'm 11 years your junior and even I've outgrown that.
