please show an a video of it recording. is it good recording at night? low light? bright days? can you change any settings. the fact that there is no real review of this is the reason my friends and I keep looking and wont buy this

when i turn it on it keeps flashing blue and red, and if i click the picture button it flashes blue momentarily but then goes back to blue and red, any idea why?
