This is a 8x8 binary parallel multiplier, entirely made with TTL IC's. Also, it has eight TIL311 displays to show the two numbers and the result.
The numbers are hexadecimals.
In the video the circuit performs the following multiplication: AC * 9E (172*158) and the result is 6A28 (27176).
The circuit needs 1.3 Amps. to work.
