I really am pretty moderate, I'm not looking for the long-winded comment box arguments here, I just think this is dumb.

  • Great video, Hey what's the song used at the beginning and the one on the end (beck?)?

  • Yeah, it's "Girl" by Beck.

  • Nah, America is not that stupid as you think.

McCain's boost is more like reflection of Obamas lack of performance.

  • Possible. Careful though, I really don't want this to become the angry three-comments-in-a-row-of-rhetoric type video...

  • agreed. my aunts were telling me that we should give women a chance at a higher position because men just want to be in control. it pissed me off. do they not think? -_- this whole campaign is disgusting. people (specially old white people) are racist. it's gross. we're supposed to listen to what they have to say not if they have a vag. or because of they're color. i want this to be over... let the best man win.

  • "Besides a vagina, and that's debatable"

    El oh el.

  • Yes, that IS the type of culture we are. Didn't you know brentalfloss? America is stupid.

  • for all of u saying its the same as black people voting for obama as women voting for mccain cus of palin, it's different. 2 reasons why it is,

number 1, there's WAY more women in this country than african americans

number 2, barack actually has more than 5 brains cells, palin doesn't

  • I lost faith in our country a looong time ago.

  • @DaGreatKikos That was equally stupid, but at least they got behind the man because of himself, and not because he was white and picked a black VP specifically to appeal to black voters. That would've been the equivalent of McCain picking Palin as VP.

  • Women siding with McCain because of Palin... what about African Americans siding with Obama because he's black?

  • A lost most of my faith in America when Bush was voted in a second time...

  • Haha, no I know :P I'm just saying is all.

She may have been good for where she was, but it doesn't necessarily mean she was ready to run a country; at least, no more than Barack was/is. No more than anyone, really.

    Ahhhhhh well.

  • Dude, that was two months ago. XD And Palin was a pretty damn good governor, and has had more political experience than Barack himself.

  • Yes, but still. You can't ask people to be that way; "That's how America runs". As much as I hate it too, I also have to realize that nothing will ever change that. Regardless, that kind of thing is ALWAYS taken into account.

On the flip side, I thought it was ridiculous that women just decided to vote for McCain because his VP was a WOMAN. Obviously it wasn't her SMARTS that people liked ;) (a joke, a joke). It's the same as voting for a man because he's African American.
