A video tape from 1991 shows me, 6 years old, hearing this music and turning around a table again and again ... if that counts as a dance ... than yes, I did. :)

Is there any way that permission could be gotten to play this miniseries in it's entirety in English. I remember this series, it was incredible and I have been looking for it for ages. I'd like to show it to the family, it was very profound as I recall.

Thank you ever so much. I have now looked at the 3rd of the discs and am thrilled to see the uncut pieces included. I remembered some of these and was a little disapointed when after all these years they seemed to have been discarded. But now I am VERY PLEASED!
Pity however that they could not have shown the entire TV series complete. But they deserve to be congratulated at least by saving for us all a classic!!
Once again many thanks for reminding me of the 3rd disc!

Wonderful to see this incredible TV series again! The German DVD is really good but also a little disapointing as it has been cut in length and loses a great deal of the overall effect. Would love to see the complete DVD on sale in the UK or one of the TV networks in the UK broadcasting this again. Many many thanks for posting the original VHS screenings of this series.

The German DVD is a bit cut yes, but all the deleted scenes are available in the extras/bonus meterial. What I saw with the deleted scenes included was exactly what the Greek television had broadcast uncut. :)
