@Hevander75 Same goes for the Quran or Torah,nothing elevating or transcending in those texts either, with the added barbarity inflicted upon homosexuals and women. There is nothing God-inspired in any holy book, even if I god where to exist.They are clearly man-made, there is nothing in there that a God was required to reveal, and the world is not a better place because of it. If it promoted a non-class society without value in material wealth, with science and technology,then I'd be impressed.

@MudHut67 Well for some the earth being round, the universe expanding,or there being about as many stars as there are grains of sand. I've the torah, the bible, and Quran (over the course of several years and somewhat by force) So I see it generally as Torah- introduction to god, Bible- god with people spiritually, Quarn- god in society morality. That may be why you don't see that much words of wisdom from the first parts of the bible. A lot of it has things with personal conduct and such.

And what accurate interpretations would those be? there is nothing profound or particularly unique about the Bible, no wisdoms to adhere save for a few teachings of Jesus, which still contradict the rest of the the Bible.
