im 16 years, i workout 5 days a week doing this: 5sets 5x wide pull ups, 5 sets 5x biceps pull ups, 5 sets 20x crunches, then 2sets 5x 65kg bench press (shoulder wide grip) , after that 3sets 5x 75kg bench press (shoulder wide grip) , and 5sets 5x shoulder wide push ups. I don't train legs! I do this program every 5days, am i overtraining?
