Get your shoulders, back, and triceps strong with this exercise superset pairing.

1. Perform band X pull backs OR use a cable cross over machine.

2. Hindu Push Ups, set back, swoop through, and lock it out.

The full exercise range of motion is effective for building back muscle and shoulder muscle.

  • those hindu pushups are no joke! i did 3 sets of 10 and my triceps, shoulders, and back were sore for 3 days afterwards!
