How long does it take to remove this makeup cleanly(without residual smearing, etc) if one applies it lightly?

Removing is always easier/faster than putting it on; you can do this quite quickly - best bet is to use something like Ponds cold cream wipes.

As for putting it on, the simpler the faster - but less detail doesn't look as good. Practice and try designs out so you can see what works best for your particular needs.

i think people r gonna think ur a weirdo cuz when i get a split lip it doesn't turn yellow
