@w1gg4 idk about ncaa, in the nba you cannot touch a ball once it is directly above the cylinder/ rim, if it is touched then it is ruled a goaltending, like i said that is nba rule, i recall ncaa is a little different with the goaltending violation. ex: ncaa, you can block a shot if its on its way up even if it touched the backboard first, in the nba you cannot.
