As a single parent with two daughters in college, one to enter college in 3 years, I don't want my girls to have lifelong debt like me. The College Opportunity and Affordability Act is a blessing for my family. I sincerely pray that it will help young people to afford to live debt free. They will be able to fully contribute to our economy by purchasing homes and investments. It will allow them to eventually save money to assist their own children to attend college. I am optimistic.
