-
yes jimi would be happy but where is guitar? jimi was guitar mage haha :)
-
Hááát... a zene jobb, mint az operatőri munka.

@rubsley You are right, there is no rhythm guitar in this arrangement. What you hear is a disorted three-string viola ("brácsa", you can see the guy playing it in some ofthe shots) mainly used as a rhythm istrument to play simple trichords in Hungarian folk music. Kerekes Band is famous to blend folk music with popular music, you should check the other videos (Killing In The Name Of (RATM) is another fine example).

That's some amazing flute playing - never heard anything like it! (Not that I've listened to much flute). Rockin' version and rightly said that Jimi would no doubt dig it.
Only criticism: what sounds like rhythm guitar - though I don't see no rhythm guitar - just appears to be playing one chord over and over again, which I think takes away from the whole wild freedom of the song. Noel Redding and Billy Cox woulda been flying all over their basses: a bit of that would make this cover perfect.
FURULYA SZÓLÓ. Királyság!! :D
