i snatched up to 97.5 before this. the 115 was a c and j PR and it felt pretty easy. my front squat is going up and thats the limiting factor on my c and j.
Dang. I don't life competitively. But I lift more than anyone else I see in the gym (as far as olympic lifts go). Yet, I don't even come close to this.
@DJariko cheers dude! well since i changed to olympic highbar squats it went down from 155 to 125 (FML). this was about 4 months ago i would say. tested 2 months ago and it was back up to 145. i think i may have 150 in me now. im going to keep doing slightly higher reps for a little while though as im trying to do a loose "conjugate sequence periodization" thing.
@laithsu its a weightlifting shoe.

Whats your maximum on back squats? Tested it lately? 130kg 5x is pretty tight :P
