Just when you think you've seen enough new building popping up in Beijing, here comes the 2nd phase of the National Library of China, also the National Digital Library of China, inaugurated and opened to public on 9 Sept 2008.

@guyazn Thanks, I am a neighbor of China, and was looking for options of studying there and learning Mandrian Chinese. I hope to contribute to the Chinese civilisation, like the Chinese government has done so much for us and been altruistic even though of our government is corrupt. I hope to return this favour someday as an ambassador.
