  • One awsome bird. would give anything to ride in one. GO USAF PHANTOMS. i think the F-4C was the best but it didnt have a gun... oh well it'll just have to blow the shit out of you with a missle lol. great vid

  • The F4 phantom should have never been retired from the US arsenal. 7 countries still fly her today 50 years after the birth of the plane. We shoot them down as target drones. Wheres the logic in that? The F22 Raptor requires 30 hour maintenance for ever hour of operation. I think they should retire the F22 and bring back the F4

  • And there's the great Robin Olds at 1:21. What a hero.

  • I believe that's F4 Ace Randall "Duke" Cunningham on the right at 0:42, possibly at the original TOPGUN school. Hard to believe he's sitting in prison for bribery. Had the world wrapped around his finger. I've always thought the F-4 was the best of the jet fighters--the last one you actually had to fly by yourself (before fly-by-wire came in). Sure wish I'd had a chance to get into one of those back in the day.

  • I love the F-4 Phantom II. i think it was the BEST planes in the airforce and navy. GO PHANTOMS

  • The F-4 is one gorgeous bird.

In aviation terms she is the equivalent of Marilyn Monroe in The Seven Year Itch, white halter neck dress, white high heels standing over the subway.

  • Amazing !!!

  • see in :45-ish and :50....anyone?

  • i noticed in some pics there was a probe kinda like the a-4....navy version of in-flight refueling?

  • I got to work on these beasts for three years. I even snagged a back seat hop. I love the smell of diesel fuel and JP-4 in the morning. Unforgettable. Semper Fi.
