How I Got Over My First Love

In this video I share my person story & the struggles I went through with overcoming the attachment and co-dependency I had with my first love. Possibly some of my own journey & lessons learned can apply to others and be a light in a dark place for those seeking hope.

A recent song that greatly inspired me and this video was "I Won't Give Up" by Jason Mraz.

Beautiful! :) and that is how I feel.
I encourage you to watch the music video and read the rest of the lyrics... it is a great co-creative hopeful song that encourages our own self love and being okay if our relationships do not work out.
