  • muscle confusion!!! That's how I lost 121 lbs! Great advice!!!!

  • I love the bit about changing your routine. I see so many people lifting the same weights in the gym week in week out and then saying they arent getting any change! Every time you go to the gym you need to push yourself and strain like it was the first time you went in!
