So basically what he's saying is he converts the molecular compound H20 into Hydrogen+ and Hydroxide- ions and they combine (ionically as opposed to molecularly) and become this HH0 gas, which in proper scientific nomenclature should be named Hydrogen-Hydroxide...I can't believe this I theorized the properties of ionic water years before seeing this! except in my theory 2(H20) would make H30+(hydromium)and hydroxide (because hydrogen likes to bind to water)and be ionically bonded into H300H.
