The last 1:46 of game play including the Devils celebrating their 2nd Eastern Conference Championship in a row! That said, you can see in this clip a reason why the Devils would not make it two straight Cups. If you notice, in 1995 and 2000 Scott Stevens bucked the trend by carrying the Prince of Wales Trophy, even having a team picture with it(he would do so in 2003 also).

One thing I will never get unless Stevens tells me is why he didn't pick up the trophy like every other time they went to the cup. This is the only time he didn't and they lost... its weird.

this was the end of the Jagr era cause a couple months later Jagr was dealt to Washington and the Pens went down hill from there, then the following year we lost Lang through free agency to the Capitals, then Kovalev was the next to go traded him back to the Rangers, and then Straka was dealt to the Kings, but we had no choice Howard Baldwin screwed us over because he was probably one of the worst owners ever he drove our franchise almost out of Pittsburgh

i dont care, he brought a lot to the pens, especially after lemieux retired the first time, making life without mario so much easier to deal with

i cant stand when fans boo him, he didnt want to be here anymore and was granted a trade, i dont think a day goes by where he regrets it, but he is a headcase no doubt

the pens better retire his number, and wishful thinking, maybe a one or two year deal to hang them up as a penguin
