While your review is absolutely appropriate for a student I don't think that Maggie Bags seatbelt 'backpack' was originally designed for use that way. I believe that the design was for women who, for many different reasons, desire to carry their belongings in a different way than a regular purse. With that in mind would the Maggie 'Backpack' work well as a regular purse? The items I have in mind are: wallet, small personal items bag, sunglasses case, personal electronic media, a paperback. :)
