I must say, CPU pika's are the most spam prone, frustrating characters in the game. Pika Players however are just plain frustrating (good ones anyways).

Yeah, I have to agree. What it REALLY is is chaining moves together at the right times. Cuz in honestly, anything is defendable. It's just playing to your opponents style.
