My mum has lch and is really suffering from it, we live in northern Ireland and have tried different creams and therapies with no positive outcome, the latest thing she is being treated with is thalidomide tablets, they don't seem to be working and the lch is spreading from the groin area around her breast and armpit regions with lesions occurring up to 1/2" deep in places. She's run out of options and the knowledge of lch is minimal at best, if anyone can give me advice or some direction it wo

yes i know. and i hate 2 think of a lttle baby or child with this disease. as much as i hate that adults have it too. all around one day i hope this illness is taken MORE SERIOUS... and serious in very small towns and citys where dr.s do not know all the info. & there coulds only b one person that they see with LCH and do not apply the newest info. about LCH

I have been told that I might have LCH by an oral pathologist. Does this disease generally occur in the bone above the gumb?

plus the dr. says that the second 'groups only occurs in infants. thats not a fact! it occurs in adults too!

thanks 4 putting this up as any1 knows LCH NEEDS ATTENTION! Only thing is that It keeps saying just children...but its in adults and theres really no 'groups' 4 what parts r affected! its a total paradox.
