Parkour: A Movement Of Reason (Pt 4)

My name is Muhd. Sabree. I am a Parkour practitioner based in Malaysia. For my university's elective project, I decided to set off on a journey to train with the many parkour practitioners scattered across the country. All this in the hopes of 'putting back meaning' into my movement.

This is the final part. We delve into the thoughts of the practitioner's loved ones and finally uncover my reasons of practicing parkour.

I appreciate if you have watched up til the end. I hope this presentation have sparked questions of your own and gave a general idea of what parkour is and the steps to take to live up to the words "to be, and to last". Maybe it has even captured a non-practitioners interest.
