SOUTH HEBRON HILL EZRA NAWI ARREST. Nissim Mossek

Over the last year the IDF has worked to thwarted the humanitarian activities of Ta'ayush activists in the South Hebron Hills by means of "Closed Military Zone" orders. Tens of times this year the army has expelled activists and Palestinian farmers from the Palestinians' lands, in violation of the regulations under which these orders are issued. Instead of protecting them from settler harassment and violence, the army expels the farmers from their fields and cisterns. On Saturday 30 October 2010, Hebron Hills Brigade Commander, Corporal Guy Hazot outdid all measures of grotesqueness when he issued five such orders in one morning. Four of these were presented to activists upon arriving in the South Hebron Hills, and a fifth was taken out in order to prevent the harvesting of olives in the grove belonging to the Abu Sabha family, adjacent to the road across from the security fence of Susia settlement.לאורך כל השנה האחרונה פועל צה"ל לטרפד את הפעילות ההומניטרית של אנשי תעיוש, באזור הר חברון, באמצעות צווי "שטח צבאי סגור". עשרות פעמים השנה, גורשו הפעילים והחקלאים הפלסטינים מאדמותיהם, ע" הצבא, שמשתמש בצווים באופן הנוגד את הנהלים. במקום לשמור עליהם מפני התנכלויות המתנחלים, הצבא מגרש את החקלאים משדותיהם ומבורות המים שלהם.
בשבת האחרונה, 30 באוקטובר, שבר מח"ט יהודה אל"מ גיא חזות את שיא הגרוטסקה, כאשר הנפיק חמישה צווים כאלה בבוקר אחד. ארבעה צווים הוצגו לפעילים עם הגיעם לדרום הר חברון, והחמישי הוצא במטרה למנוע מסיק בכרם השייך למשפחת אבו סבחה, ליד הכביש, מול גדר ההתנחלות סוסיא. בשבוע שעבר, באותו מקום כאשר משפחת אבו סבחה מסקה את זיתיה, היא הותקפה באבנים בידי רעולי פנים מתוך ההתנחלות. כאשר בני המשפחה ברחו, התוקפים הגיעו וניקבו את צמיגי המשאית שלהם. הצבא הגיע והפסיק את המסיק, היבול הוחרם ובני המשפחה גורשו מכרמם בבושת פנים. אבן שיידו רעולי הפנים פגעה ברגלו של עזרא נאווי פצעה אותו וגרמה לדימום. חשוב לציין כי הצווים נכתבים בשטח, בניגוד לנהלים ומח"ט יהודה אל"מ גיא חזות חותם עליהם טלפונית בשלט רחוק. כל הצווים מצולמים ויוצגו בבית המשפט בבוא העת. בשבת האחרונה כאשר אישה פלסטינית זקנה, שגורשה מהכרם הלכה לעשות פיפי בשטח הסגור, החיילים רצו בעקבותיה וגערו בה בגסות. כאשר עזרא נאווי קרא אליהם להתנהג יפה, החיילים, שאינם דוברים ערבית, קראו לו לגשת אל הסבתא ולהסביר לה שהכניסה אסורה. עזרא ניכנס ותירגם את דברי החיילים, תוך כדי כך, כעבור דקה וחצי, הוא נעצר בתואנת שקר, שהוא נכנס כביכול, לאזור הכרם ללא רשות והפר את הצו.. עזרא נעצר ואחריו נעצר גם עמיאל ורדי שרץ אל הכרם במחאה. בתחנת משטרת חברון העיד הסג"מ שהביא את עזרא, עדות מפלילה שיכולה היתה להחזיר אותו לכלא. הראייה לכך היתה כשהחוקר המשטרתי צפה בצילומים הוא קרא בתדהמה.. לא ייאמן.. לא ייאמן... כעשר פעמים. הוא הזמין את הקצין הצעיר לצפות בצילום המעצר. הסג"מ צפה במבוכה ומלמל שעדותו התבססה על דברים שנאמרו לו. כזכור, נגד עזרא תלוי גזר דין של מאסר על תנאי לשישה חדשים למשך שלוש שנים, בעקבות עדות מפלילה של שני קצינים שהעידו שהוא תקף אותם. הייתי שם, ראיתי וצילמתי את ההיפך בדיוק. למרות זאת ביהמ"ש הרשיע את עזרא.
