Researcher Zoe Ball! She might be in a different bit of the credits in a few years :)

I thought they perhaps went to a sting or something going by how they just stop talking and chris saying that thing about his mother watching.

Is Planet 24 an Independent Production company and what year it was started?
Chao772TheThird 6 months ago
@Chao772TheThird Planet 24 was created around 1989 / 1990. It was formed when two companies, Planet Pictures and 24 Hour Productions merged.
Planet 24 was an inedpendent production company throughout the 1990's. It was sold to Carlton Television in 1999 but retained its name and independent status.
Planet 24's main studio facility was located directly behind The Big Breakfast House. Planet 24 also owned the house from 1992 to 1996.
Planet 24 was eventually merged into ITV Productions.

@97channel You said that Planet 24 is now owned by ITV Studios does it still exist or not?
Haven;t you heard of Charlie Parsons?
Chao772VersionIV 4 months ago
@Chao772VersionIV Well, I guess that the simple answer is no. Planet 24 does not still exist. But if you go deeper into it than that, then you'd see that there was never really a point where it was formally closed down.
It can get a bit complicated, depending on how much you're willing to delve beyond yes or no answers.
Yes, I have heard of Charlie Parsons. Why do you ask?

Why does the picture stop at 07:52?

birdy100 - The picture freeze occured in the broadcast.
There are 2 most likely causes. First would be a slight loss of contact anywhere within the camera cable (the longer the cable, the higher the likelyhood).
The other likely cause would be a momentry loss of contact in the satellite link between Planet 24 & Channel 4.
But the audio doesn't break up, so I'd guess that the camera was at fault.
