THis song touches the soul, I have been to the village of writer of this song. It is very small village near Doru shahabad about 5 KM from Veerinag. I wonder the love peace and enlightenment this writer from small village of kashmir had. Yes i know the exposure to modern world was not there but reliazation of life and love for GOD and eternal thirst of getting connected to the truth was emense, that is how he could write this song in simple wordings.

The fact this video, along with most other Kashmiri vidoes are poorly put together, totally unoriginal and completely out of context. The singer can't even pronounce the words correctly - she is acting as if this is an alien language to her. At best, it is a very cheap, poorly done, imitation of Indian movie songs. At least, they have a bigger budget and are a better production that this crap. The saddest part is that a classic (lyrics) like this has been reduced to this cheap and crude state.

Doru Shahabad has produced Poet Rosool Mir, poet Mehmood gami (called Mehmoodabad in Doru), Mir Qasim ( ex Chief Minister of J&K) and many more known dignitries of Kashmir and a known Darvesh Azam Shah Sahib and recently Faiz Kashmir whose name is Maqbool faiz and was a school teacher in local Govt High school Doru Shahabad! I and my family have a special love and connection with Doru and its people. Thank You

I guess people out there are crazy and probably have seen nothing in life....y not take a chill pill...we owe these people a lot for giving life to our language which was long lost. people of our generation can only listen to these versions as the older ones were slow and stale...People like me who live abroad craved for things like this...people who comment in a bad way probably have some inferiority complex and need to take a deep breath.....loosers!!!!!!!!!!
