This is a 2008. I should know because I own one. The 2009 redesign comes out this fall. And yes, the Fit is a sports car in my book. Considering that I have raced, and easily beaten, a Ford Mustang GT, a Mazda Miata S, a 2001 Corvette (only in the twisties!) and a BMW 325. The VTEC engine, lighter than a feather weight and race car suspension make this little baby shine on the back roads. And even on the open road it can keep up with much larger (size as well as horsepower) vehicles to around 6k
since you were buried under a rock for the past decade.. enough with this "ff econobox can't equal a sports car" crap. The Fit has been racing in Japan and does pretty damned good! If a car can race, be competitive, be fun to drive, and have a better slalom speed than a Ferrari, it's a sports car in my book. Change your mentality, sports Cars now come in all configurations.
it's just only the 2nd gen of fit , not 08 3nd gen fit
