Did you cry out in anger when GW Bush tripled it again? You said nothing.
Did you utter a peep when Bush/GOP crammed Medicare plan D through at 3 AM adding 700 Billion to the debt with no way to pay for it? NO
Did you complain when Bush gave 1.7 trillion in tax cuts to the rich with no means of paying for them? No, you cheered it.
