Cheats I used to get the last key:
1. Open cheat menu: C-Up + C-Down + C-Left + C-Right + L + R + Z while in the main options.
2. Search "Levitation" and highlight it. Enter following code:
Hold Z and press [C-Down, C-Left, C-Up, C-Right] two times.
3. Search "Resurrect in place" and highlight it. Enter following code:
Hold Z + C-Left and press C-Right. Then, hold Z + C-Right and press C-Left.

For Key 12 i used the Mountain dew dragster... you need to drive on the inside when curving...so it will be easier to turn and you will be able to reach around 130 mph...something like that
