I've been asked to describe my sprouting methods. I sprout organic broccoli, alfalfa, clover, radish and lentils. You can also use the lentils from Goya. Only they have to be whole lentils. Just soak for 8 hours, rinse and drain twice a day and in 5 to 7 days you have lovely sprouts. Great for salads, and I make patties with them.
