I'm embarrassed to say I failed this one right from the start. The 4 layers you had showing confused me and I could never figure out how to make it look like your layers Chucky. I am sure I just over thought it and I will try again another time. As always I LOVE your videos and love to follow along with you on a project. I have learned so much from your videos already and appreciate all the hard work you do to make them!

@mammafishy I'm sorry about the 4 layers. I had to keep them because I made the video like a cooking show. The selections and impressionist brush background were pre-created. I took the time to write instructions that will hopefully not be too confusing. In a nutshell: duplicate layer, select subject, refine edge, layer mask, click on background and add impressionist brush.
