Heck Harper - Hats Off To Texas

Heck Harper was a local celebrity in the Portland Oregon area, He had several cowboy shows on TV on KPTV and later KGW. Hats Off To Texas was released on Northwestwestern 2405, this is on red vinyl. I'm not sure of the year, but it was 1963 or earlier due to the postal address on the label being one digit vs five. I hope you like this one. I met Heck twice, once when I was about 6, in 1955, at the North Marion Co. Fair (now defunct)....and once at the Sunnyside Inn about 1983 or so, where he was doing a sit down - without the western wear.
