If you're going to learn a great breaststroke kick, why not go to the best. Roque Santos, 200 breaststroke U.S. Olympian and multiple masters world record holder, shows us just a couple tricks to an effective kick.
@UlSlUlRlNlAlMlE - First solution would be to use a smaller pull buoy. Second solution would be to use a kick board... that'll keep the legs REALLY narrow. Third solution would be to just think about keeping the legs closer together and not use the pull buoy at all.
I have a problem with this drill, when I use the pull buoy my feet rise higher and it messes up my catch because my feet come out of the water.
