For those of you who think that the only reason Nero could wield Yomato is because of a 'curse' from Vergil you are very much so mistaken. The sword did react to Sparda's energy in Nero's arm because is has known nothing but the power of Sparda through his kids. But the sword is not soul tied to Vergil. If it was Dante would not be able to use it in any games he has. Plus if you look at the Devil Bringer's personified energy you'll notice it is unique compared to Vergils or Dante from DMC3 or 4
