The real problem is that loads of people question the safety of these cars or hydrogen when people get killed from gasoline, natural gas, and coal mining fires how often?!!! Their logic never ceases to confuse me.

Oil companies will jump on selling Hydrogen gas, considering they've mostly also got shares in solar and wind power research as well. Unless a businessman is a moron, he wouldn't just let a fuel opportunity with a demand on it go to waste.
