Hi, I've recently developed an interest in possibly buying some Silver Shield gel after watching a vid about an ant-hyperpigmentation skin care regime .
Is the gel quite moisturising so that it could replace a moisturiser? can it also serve as a good base for make-up on spot/scar prone skin? I'm intrigued by the anti inflammatory properties of this as I always need help with flare ups too. Where can I purchase it? I live in the UK
PLEASE RESPOND, thank you.

Hello!
Silver is wonderful on spots and scars but using a good cleanser is important to. If you clean the skin WELL first, rinse and then apply the Silver Gel 3 x daily, you will see results within less than a month. It is used by many people who come in to our shop with both Acne Vulgaris and Acne Rosacea.Using it THREE TIMES A DAY is the key as it keeps killing the bacteria and removed the problem. I would not call the Silver Gel moisturisering but it does not dry the skin either.

@lyndaraven A person needs to take 3 teaspoons of 30ppp solution EVERY DAY for NINE YEARS to consume as much as1.5grams of Silver. Studies have shown that 10% of Silver taken by mouth is taken in to the circulation. Of that 10%. upto 98% is taken up by special metal proteins ( metallothioneins). These proteins, found in all animals. have the job of transporting, storing and detoxifying the body of metals. They do this by binding themselves to the metals and escorting them from the body.

As a result, very little free silver actually survives in the blood stream.
Argyria (bluish tinge to the skin) is harmless but undesirable. It is obtained ( very rarely though) by the occasional person making their own silver which has large particle size and they insist on drinking far too much over many many years. Completely un necessary! We use Nature's Sunshine tiny particle sized silver Shield aqua sol technology. Not all silvers are equal!. Hope this helps.
